How we approach it
Models are not interchangeable. Claude, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI and Gemini each have a shape they are good at and a workload where they are the wrong choice. We build agents that route work to the right model for the job, instead of standardising on one and hoping it stretches.
Around those agents we build skills: small, composable units of capability with clear inputs and outputs. Skills are what turn a demo into something maintainable — they can be tested, versioned and reused across agents rather than rewritten as a prompt every time.
