Privacy Notice

This notice explains how FULK Group handles personal data when you visit our website or contact us about our services.

1. Controller and contact

FULK Group LLC, licensed in the Shams Free Zone and registered at Sharjah Media Center, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. For any privacy matter, including the exercise of your rights, contact info@fulk-group.com . We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, because our processing is not large-scale or high-risk and does not focus on sensitive data or the data of children; the address above is our designated data-protection contact. Where FULK Group delivers software or AI services to a client, we normally act as a processor on that client's instructions under a separate agreement and that client's own privacy notice governs; this notice covers our own website and business communications.

2. Scope and legal framework

FULK Group LLC is licensed in the Shams Free Zone, which is not a financial free zone with its own data-protection regime, so the UAE federal framework applies rather than the DIFC or ADGM regimes. This notice is intended to support compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 regarding the Protection of Personal Data (UAE PDPL) and other applicable UAE data-protection requirements. The executive regulations under the PDPL had not been published as at the effective date of this notice; if they introduce further requirements we will update this notice. It applies to personal data processed through this website and our pre-contractual business communications.

3. Personal data we process

When you choose to contact us, we may process your name, email address, message, company or role if you provide it, and information contained in your enquiry. The contact form submits these details to our own web server, which sends them by email to our mailbox; they are not passed to any third-party form service. We also record your IP address transiently and in hashed form, solely to limit automated abuse of the form; it is not included in the email we receive and is discarded within an hour. Our hosting provider may separately process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time and security logs to deliver and protect the site.

4. Why we use data and our basis for doing so

We use enquiry data to respond to you, assess and discuss a requested service, prepare a proposal, and maintain related business records. We use essential technical data to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website. Under the UAE PDPL our processing rests on your consent, which you give by choosing to contact us, except where the law permits processing without consent — in particular steps taken at your request before entering a contract, the establishment or defence of legal claims, and compliance with a legal obligation. The PDPL does not provide a “legitimate interests” basis of the kind found in European law, and we do not rely on one. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@fulk-group.com; withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it. We collect only the personal data we actually need for these purposes and do not repurpose it for unrelated ones.

5. Cookies and local storage

This website does not use advertising, analytics or social-media tracking cookies, and it loads no third-party scripts, fonts or images. Everything the page needs is served from our own domain, so visiting the site does not disclose your IP address to any party other than our hosting provider. The site uses only browser local storage to remember your selected language and whether the introductory animation has been dismissed. These preferences stay on your device and can be cleared in your browser settings. The contact form is processed entirely on our own server. If tracking, analytics or embedded third-party content is added later, this notice and any required consent mechanism will be updated before that feature goes live.

6. Recipients and international transfers

Access is limited to authorised FULK Group personnel and to service providers that support website hosting, email and IT security. Our website and email are hosted by AEserver, a hosting provider based in the United Arab Emirates. We require appropriate confidentiality and data-protection safeguards from processors. We do not sell personal data, and we do not send website visitor data to advertising networks or to third-party artificial-intelligence services. Where a service provider processes personal data outside the UAE, we apply the safeguards and conditions required by applicable UAE law before the transfer.

7. Retention, security and data breaches

We retain enquiry and business-communication data only for as long as needed to respond, manage the relationship, establish or defend legal claims, or meet legal record-keeping requirements. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards designed to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a personal-data breach occurs that presents a risk to your privacy, confidentiality or security, we will notify the competent UAE authority and, where the law requires it, the individuals affected, without undue delay after becoming aware of it. The PDPL's executive regulations may prescribe specific procedures and timeframes once published, and we will follow them.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law and verification of your identity, you may request information about our processing of your personal data; access or obtain a copy; request correction, completion, deletion or restriction; object to certain processing; and withdraw consent. Where processing is based on your consent and carried out by automated means, you may also request that your data be transferred to another controller. To exercise a right, email info@fulk-group.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law.

9. Complaints, children and changes

Please contact us first so we can address your concern. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent UAE data-protection authority; the federal supervisory function has been undergoing reorganisation, and we will point you to the currently competent body on request. Our services are directed at businesses and are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 through this website, we do not profile children for advertising, and we do not operate services requiring verifiable parental consent under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 26 of 2025 on Child Digital Safety. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact info@fulk-group.com and we will delete it. We may update this notice when our processing or legal requirements change; the effective date above shows when it was last revised.
